• Generate your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals. Nothing is handed to you.
• Qualify hard. Not everyone belongs in this room. Protecting that is part of the job.
• Lead intelligent conversations with people who are successful, analytical, skeptical, and busy.
• Sell the transformation, not the itinerary.
• Handle objections on price, timing, and commitment without pressure tactics.
• Manage your pipeline with discipline. No qualified prospect disappears because of bad process.
• Feed market intelligence back to the founder. Your insight shapes positioning, messaging, and product.

• Experience owning the full cycle from lead to close.
• High-ticket or premium sales experience.
• Deep understanding of buyer psychology. You read what people mean, not just what they say.
• Comfort discussing money without awkwardness.
• Ruthless follow-up discipline.
• High accountability, judgment, and discretion.
