Sound Solution Group is looking for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional to grow our presence in the Bay Area. You’ll work directly with architects, designers, general contractors, and end clients to deliver acoustic solutions that improve speech privacy, productivity, and comfort in commercial spaces. This is a field-based role for someone who thrives managing their own territory, building long-term professional relationships, and closing projects in the commercial construction market.

• Develop and expand business with architects, designers, contractors, and facility owners across the Bay Area
• Identify opportunities, present tailored acoustic solutions, and convert projects from inquiry to close
• Manage your territory independently while collaborating with our internal team on design, estimating, and project delivery
• Build lasting relationships that generate repeat and referral business

• 3+ years of outside sales experience with commercial products or construction related solutions
• Strong integrity, work ethic, and self-motivation
• Ability to work independently while contributing as a team player
• Reliable vehicle and a home oAice setup
• College degree preferred
