Enterprise Account Executive
Are you a high-performing enterprise sales professional looking for a ground-floor opportunity to drive net-new acquisition in a booming market? Canon U.S.A. is expanding its Enterprise division, and we are looking for a strategic Enterprise Account Executive to join our team in San Francisco, CA. In this role, you will have complete ownership of a curated list of high-potential target accounts (starting greenfield), with a primary focus on penetrating Fortune 1000 commercial enterprises and capturing market share across Higher Education institutions.
We are seeking a forward-thinking hunter who leverages modern sales technologies (Salesforce, Zoom Info, Account-Based Marketing, and AI research tools) to conduct deep account discovery, build executive relationships, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Drive Net-New Acquisition:
Relentlessly hunt and break into assigned Fortune 1000 commercial enterprises and Higher Education institutions across the regional territory.
- Build C-Suite Relationships:
Develop strategic, multi-stakeholder account penetration plans to place Canon hardware, software, document workflow, and technology solutions.
- Execute Quality-Over-Quantity Strategy:
Take complete ownership of a focused target account list, executing tailored account-based outreach rather than managing high-volume, unvetted lists.
- Leverage Modern Sales Tech:
Conduct deep account research and outreach using Salesforce CRM, Zoom Info, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, and AI research tools.
The Skills & Expertise You Bring
- Proven Sales Track Record:
Bachelor's degree required, plus 5+ years of B2B outside sales experience navigating complex, long-cycle enterprise sales.
- Hunter DNA:
Demonstrated success breaking into net-new large accounts, backed by strong resilience, grit, and strategic execution.
- Modern Sales Tech Proficiency:
Comfortable utilizing sales technology, including Salesforce, Zoom Info, Google Workspace, and AI research tools to optimize prospecting.
- Core Characteristics:
High autonomy, precise time management skills, strategic agility, a growth mindset with a strong eagerness to learn, and excellent communication skills.
- Industry
Experience:
Office technology or B2B tech background is preferred, but not required. We value proven enterprise hunting ability, strategic outreach skills, and grit above an industry-specific background.
