The ideal candidate possesses the ability to develop deep, trusted advisor relationships with senior public sector executives, map Schneider Electric’s full portfolio to customer’s stated and unstated needs and work horizontally across the entire Schneider Electric organization to orchestrate and influence integrated sales of Schneider Electric products, solutions, software and services that represent the most compelling and differentiated offers for the assigned accounts.
The ideal candidate should be able to autonomously navigate the SLED business landscape. Specifically, the candidate should understand the public sector procurement process, including how to research, analyze, and influence solicitations, how to align their sales activities to the customers’ legislative and budget cycles, how to build champions among elected and appointed executives and operational leaders, and how to position Schneider Electric solutions throughout the value chain of consultants, integrators, and channel partners.
CoreResponsibilities
- Originate, shape, qualify, and win complex deals
- Account management – lead the One Schneider account team and maintain timely and accurate CRM hygiene
- Serve as a trusted advisor to a diverse group of senior leaders
- Reflect the Voice of the Customer to inform internal planning

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is {{}} per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
