Technical Sales Consultant – Cell Culture
Location Job InfoSelling cell analysis instrumentation.
Our client is a market leader of cell counting and analysis instrumentation, widely used from early discovery to advanced therapies and bioprocessing. This is a small, fast-growing company, with a strong reputation for quality and innovation. They are expanding their commercial support team, seeking experienced sales professionals with expertise in cell culture.
This is a hybrid role, being onsite in the South San Francisco office or at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve territory quotas, managing full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Maintain existing accounts, and identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking and industry events
- Provide technical consultation to customers regarding product portfolio
- 3+ years technical sales experience in life sciences, with proven track record of performance
- Established network within biotech, pharma and academic research institutions in the Bay area
- Solid understanding of cell culture.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, solid work ethic and achievement driven personality.
Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.
