This role is not available for any form of immigration sponsorship or support, including completion of the Form I-983 training plan required for STEM OPT.The Sales Executive is responsible for driving healthcare provider engagement and business growth across a regional hub consisting of a primary market and multiple adjacent submarkets. This role combines strategic in-person engagement with virtual selling, digital outreach, and coordinated account management to maximize healthcare provider adoption and recommendation of the Bonafide Women's Health portfolio. Unlike a traditional pharmaceutical sales representative, the Sales Executive leverages multiple engagement channels—including face-to-face interactions, virtual appointments, webinars, digital campaigns, and coordinated follow-up to efficiently expand provider reach while delivering a highly personalized customer experience.
Working closely with Regional Directors, Sales Support Associates, Marketing, Training, and Commercial Operations, this individual develops and executes comprehensive regional business plans focused on increasing healthcare provider awareness, e-prescribing adoption, and long-term customer relationships.
- Deliver high-impact in-person product education to priority healthcare providers, key opinion leaders, and high-value accounts.
- Conduct professional virtual detailing appointments utilizing approved technology platforms.
- Execute appointment-based selling strategies across the assigned geography.
- Coordinate customer engagement through webinars, educational programs, conferences, and digital campaigns.
- Expand customer reach by utilizing both personal and non-personal promotional channels.
- Build long-term partnerships with healthcare providers, office staff, and health system stakeholders.
- Develop customized engagement strategies based on customer needs and preferred communication channels.
- Coordinate with centralized Sales Support to ensure timely scheduling, sample fulfillment, educational materials, and follow-up activities.
- Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts while developing new prescribers.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years of medical/pharmaceutical sales experience
- 1+ years working in women's health is preferred.

Requires frequent travel to customer sites, meetings, conferences, or trade events and may involve extended periods of driving, air travel, and sitting. Employees may occasionally transport laptops, product samples, displays, or marketing materials and must be able to work in varying customer, retail, warehouse, or event environments.
Travel50% travel is required. Travel schedules may vary and could include overnight travel, extended workdays, or weekend events.
