Drive strategic account growth across OEM/ODM and leading brand ecosystems; deliver quarterly/annual revenue goals.
About the RolePartner with Engineering and Supply Chain to convert technical strengths into customer-ready solutions and wins.
Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end account lifecycle: prospect, qualify, propose, negotiate, close, expand, and renew.
- Supplier qualification & compliance: coordinate SQE/quality audits, NDA execution, and onboarding milestones.
- Technical value selling: collaborate on NPI/DFM; articulate advantages of precision components/optics/camera modules.
- Forecasting & governance: maintain CRM pipeline, weekly/monthly forecasts, and win/loss reviews; drive cross-functional execution.
- Experience:
5+ years in CE/3C strategic account management or business development; familiar with OEM/ODM ecosystems and tier-1 brand supply chains.
- Executive-level customer engagement, solution selling, complex program execution, confidentiality & legal compliance.
- Working knowledge of precision components and optics/camera modules; hands‑on with NPI, DFM, SQE, NDA; experience with Tier‑1 OEM/ODM or leading brand supply chains preferred;
Apple/Amazon/Google/Microsoft background is a plus.
