ERB is
urgently hiring 5 licensed Life Insurance Agents
to support a
heavy enrollment schedule this month and next month
We currently have 12 active client accounts scheduled for enrollment
, creating immediate opportunities for licensed agents who are ready to work onsite, engage employees, and generate income right away.
This is a
high-volume, consultative outside sales role
with structured scheduling and dedicated enrollment support.

How You Get Paid1. Get Paid While You Work
- You receive a regular stipend every two weeks while running enrollment meetings
- This gives you immediate cash flow from day one
2. Earn Commission From Your Production
- You earn commissions from the employees you enroll
- Commissions are paid after policies are confirmed by the carrier
How It Works Together
- You get paid early while doing the work
- Later, when commissions are released, everything is matched to your production
If your commission is higher:

Conduct
group presentations
and
one-on-one benefit consultations
(in-person and virtual).
Educate employees on benefit options including
Life, Accident, Disability, and supplemental products

Guide employees through the enrollment process using client systems and
Employee Navigator

Clearly explain coverage options, eligibility, and policy details.
Maintain accurate and complete records within the CRM system.
Coordinate closely with
Enrollment Outreach Representatives (EORs)to ensure efficient scheduling and high participation rates.
Support post-enrollment follow-ups to address employee questions and resolve issues.
Represent ERB professionally while working onsite at client locations.
QualificationsActive
Life & Health Insurance License
.
1 year preferred, but newly licensed agents with the right drive are encouraged to apply - our Accelerated Income Program is designed for you.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and consultative sales skills.
Experience with public sector, municipal, or union-based enrollments is a plus.
Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
