Account Executive, Startups and ISVs

This is a founding sales hire for North America, focused on building a market from scratch by acquiring new startup and ISV customers across the Silicon Valley. You will own the full sales cycle and play a direct role in shaping how an AI, data, and cloud services company grows its footprint in one of the most competitive and exciting markets in the world.

• Drive new logo acquisition through cold outreach, self-sourced pipeline building, and managing deals from first contact through close.
• Own the end-to-end client relationship, including prospecting, qualification, closing, onboarding, and expansion.
• Engage with innovative startups and technology companies in the Silicon Valley to understand their needs and position the right solutions.
• Collaborate with cloud and AI partners on joint opportunities to accelerate pipeline and growth.
• Develop a deep understanding of each client's business to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across AI, data, and cloud services.

• 5 or more years of experience in full-cycle sales roles, with at least 3 years focused on new logo acquisition and pipeline building from scratch.
• Demonstrated success selling to startups and ISVs, with a track record of closing deals in shorter sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of AI and cloud technologies, with the ability to articulate business value to technical and non-technical prospects.
• Experience working within AWS or other major cloud partner ecosystems is a strong plus.
• Located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Base salary range: $116,900 to $140,280 USD annually
