One of our clients, an Insurance Technology Company is looking for an Account Executive who will build business with insurance agencies/brokers in Northern CA. Candidates must reside in the San Francisco or Sacramento.
This role isn’t for the average closer. It’s for someone who thrives on building a book of business through cold calling, face-to-face visits, and industry relationships.
This is a true hunter role. You’ll proactively identify and pursue new opportunities, open doors with new prospects, and create demand where it doesn’t yet exist.
The ideal candidate:- 2 plus years of business development / outside sales in the insurance industry, selling to independent agencies/brokerages
- Be comfortable cold calling, walking in, and handling objections
- Self-motivated, confident communicator with sharp time management
- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and CRMs (Hub Spot a plus)
Travel required:
In the field 4 days/week plus regional/national industry events. Overnight travel will be expected.
