Position Description
Associate or Full Specialist
- Nishimura lab
- Antibody/protein engineering, including yeast and phage display, antibody library construction, recombinant antibody and protein production at scale.
- Syngeneic tumor models including histologic analysis, mouse breeding and maintenance.
- Lung injury models including bleomycin intratracheal delivery, airspace morphometry, bronchoalveolar lavage.
- General mouse colony maintenance.
- General biochemistry including immunoblotting, protein isolation, cell labeling, immunoprecipitation, mass spectrometry.
- General cell biology including cell culture, cloning, CRISPR gene knock-out.
- Immunology basic skills including multicolor immune cell analysis and immune cell sorting.
- Associate Specialist
- Master's degree (or equivalent) or five to ten years of experience in the relevant specialization. - Full Specialist
- Terminal degree (or equivalent) or ten or more years of experience in the relevant specialization.
- PhD, 5 years laboratory experience, evidence of collaborative research abilities, excellent communication skills.
Salary range for this position is $75,600 - $194,800.
