Capable in San Francisco seeks an experienced medicinal chemist to lead design and synthesis across small molecules, peptides, and related programs. You will own chemistry end-to-end from target selection to preparation for biological testing, in an intensely mission-driven team.
You will design routes, operate instrumentation like HPLC, LC-MS and microwave systems, troubleshoot issues, and use SAR and in vivo data to guide next designs.
