As a Researcher on the Chat and Multimodal Safety team in San Francisco, you will shape model perception and reasoning to ensure safe behavior, contribute to evaluation frameworks, and advance post-training and safety testing. The role is based in SF with a 3-days-in-office hybrid schedule and relocation support.
