Junior Specialist – Lin Lab

The Junior Specialist will support research in plastic and craniofacial surgery, surgical innovations, and translational medicine. The position works under the supervision of Dr. Alexander Lin to contribute to ongoing projects involving 3D printing of surgical guides, outcomes research, digital health applications, and medical device development.
Responsibilities- Assist with research design and data collection.
- Perform computer‑based analysis and research, including use of specialized software or programming tools as needed.
- Coordinate project workflows across multiple teams.
- Maintain and operate specialized research equipment.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards.
- Prepare documentation in support of publications, grants, and collaborative research.
- Graduate with a baccalaureate degree (or equivalent) in biology, computer science, or a related field, or possess at least 4 years of research experience.
- As a University employee, you must comply with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements.
- As a condition of employment, the finalist will be required to disclose any final administrative or judicial decisions within the last seven years that determined misconduct.
