Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Armed Security Guard, based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Responsibilities include monitoring and safeguarding premises, protecting property and individuals, responding to security incidents, conducting routine inspections, and ensuring compliance with security protocols. Regular communication and collaboration with clients and other security professionals will also be required to maintain a secure environment.
Qualifications- Knowledge in security operations, including surveillance strategies and response protocols
- Proficiency in handling and maintaining firearms in accordance with legal guidelines
- Excellent situational awareness, problem-solving skills, and decision-making capabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with team members, clients, and the public
- Physical fitness and the ability to handle demanding physical duties
- Possession of a valid California Guard Card and Firearm Permit
- Prior experience in a security, law enforcement, or related field is an advantage
- High school diploma or GED, with additional training or certifications in security being beneficial
