Provide customer service to tenants, employees, and/or visitors at a commercial real estate location by following site-specific procedures and policies.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including building common areas, parking areas, and perimeter routes as assigned.;
Monitor access points and observe for irregular activity, reporting concerns per post orders to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or policy violations.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting on-site personnel and/or emergency services when required.;
Complete daily activity logs, incident reports, and other documentation as required, and communicate relevant information during shift transitions.
