Security Charter Screener Supervisor - SFO

Job Overview

Unifi Security Pacific, Inc. is seeking a Security Charter Screener Supervisor for our San Francisco (SFO) location. The role supervises access control operations, monitors passenger and vendor screening activities, and ensures consistent enforcement of security protocols to maintain a secure operating environment.

• Manage daily site operations, including scheduling assignments and overseeing employee performance.
• Train new employees and ensure compliance with dress code and workplace standards.
• Screen passengers, vendors, and employees prior to aircraft boarding, including random body scans, bag checks, and Explosive Trace Detection (ETD) tests.
• Verify guest and employee credentials to maintain consistent access control.
• Document security activities by writing clear and concise reports.
• Monitor and report security incidents or emergencies to management for resolution.
• Maintain accountability of security equipment, including keys, radios, and related items.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards.
• Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience, and capabilities expected for this position.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport, state, or customs requirements.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License.

• Two years of relevant supervisory work experience in the aviation or ground handling services industry.

• CA Licensed Security Guard Card.

Must be able to constantly lift, move, push, pull up to 70 lbs; and constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, & bend.

• Must be able to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
