Unifi Services - - Responsibilities:
Access Control & Screening, which includes inspection of identifications, vehicle decals, and screen visitors, couriers, and contractors before entry;
Conduct random security inspections to employee body scans, bag checks, and ETD (Explosive Trace Detection) screenings;
Patrol premises, respond to security-related inquiries, and document concerns from tenants, employees, and the public;
Prepare clear and concise reports on security incidents and daily activities;
Report security incidents and document criminal or suspicious activities, notifying management of incidents and emergencies
