Overview
Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer. This role focuses heavily on customer service while ensuring safety and security in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, and similar locations.

Flex Officer – must be flexible to work swing/grave shifts and be available on weekends - Competitive hourly wage of $20–$22 per hour

- Customer service duties such as welcoming visitors, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
- Manage access control
- Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Answer questions in person or by phone
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED
- One year of customer service experience required
- One year of security experience required
- Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
- Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus
- State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32‑hour BSIS security training (additional training can be obtained during the hiring process)
