We are seeking professional, reliable Event & Nightlife Security Officers who understand that great security starts with customer service, communication, and de-escalation. Our team works concerts, festivals, private events, and nightlife venues to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests, staff, and performers.
This role is ideal for individuals who can remain calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and resolve situations before they escalat[e].
Key Responsibilities- – Provide a visible and professional security presence at events and nightlife venues
- – Greet guests and assist with entry procedures, , and crowd flow
- – Use verbal de-escalation and conflict resolution to address disputes or disturbances
- – Monitor crowds, entrances, VIP areas, and restricted zones
- – Enforce venue policies while maintaining a respectful and service-oriented approach
- – Work closely with event staff, management, and local authorities when necessary
- – Respond to incidents, medical situations, or safety concerns quickly and professionally
- – Write clear and accurate incident reports when required
