As a Security Professional – Healthcare Patrol in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in healthcare and other industries. The role is part time, requiring flexibility and the ability to claim shifts through our exclusive Claim a Shift platform.

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites.
• Support operations across commercial real estate, healthcare, and education environments.
• Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams.
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service.
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise.

• Provide customer service and carry out security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies in a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security concerns.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and maintaining order.
• Support staff during emergency situations by following established protocols and providing clear communication.

• At least 1 year of security‑related experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• A valid Guard Card or license preferred.
• Minimum 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation and drug screen as required.
• Pending licensing requirements subject to state and local laws.
