• Access control for guests and customers.
• Act as liaison for guests and management.
• Answer direct phone calls and coordinate travel plans.
• Greeting all guests and customers.
• Enforce client and company policies and procedures.
• Observation and reporting of fire and safety hazards.
• Conduct routine foot patrols in and around buildings.
• Report all pertinent issues and incidents to the operations manager, clients, and other department managers.
• Interact with a variety of persons including clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees, and the public.
• Write reports.
• Other assigned duties.

This position may require working inside and outside in varying temperatures. The job requires standing for prolonged periods, walking, bending, and lifting. A portion of some positions may require sitting in front of a computer or monitor for periods of time.

• Must have 5 years of experience in concierge front desk.
• Must possess a valid Guard Card.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have reliable method for transportation.
• Must possess exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to multitask.
• Must be able to write reports.
• Must be able to operate and maintain site‑specific security programs.
• Must be punctual.
• Previous security experience is preferred.
