Pay Rate: $26.93 / Hour

Schedule:

Thursday 08:45 AM – 05:15 PM (fixed shift) with opportunity to pick up additional shifts.

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): Hired for a designated site and weekly shift; requires six‑month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: Can pick up extra shifts through scheduling platform to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors, carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities at a financial institution.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, document details, and communicate with site contacts or emergency personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and lobby activity, verify credentials, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, or policy violations according to site procedures.
• Support day‑to‑day operations by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions and assistance, and completing assigned reports, logs, or other security‑related documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security‑related experience.
• Guard card and/or license preferred.
• CPR certification preferred; CPR and/or First Aid certification preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21 for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation, drug screening, and licensing requirements as per law.
• Valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.
