Position

Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver Patrol in San Francisco, CA. Pay Rate: $23.30 / Hour.

Thursday: 08:00 AM – 01:00 PM.

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next.

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and other security-related policies at a government location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with supervisors, site contacts, and/or public agencies as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and public-facing spaces, document observations, and complete required reports related to daily activity, incidents, and/or policy violations.
• Support emergency response activities by following post orders, assisting with directional guidance, and relaying information during alarms, evacuations, and other urgent events.

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
