Security Officer Part Time Patrol Verification

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, while documenting relevant details and reporting concerns through proper channels.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to deter unwanted activity, identify unusual conditions, and report maintenance and/or access concerns.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access as directed by site policies, and assist with maintaining order during high-traffic periods and/or resident movement.;
Support a respectful and welcoming environment by using strong communication skills, de-escalation techniques, and appropriate interaction with individuals who may be in crisis or need assistance.
