Temporary Security Officer

The Temporary Security Officer is responsible for controlling access to and from areas of the Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco and its residences. The role protects company assets, ensures the safety and wellbeing of all persons on the property, and supports 24‑hour security operations.

• Patrol the interior and exterior of the hotel to detect and respond to security incidents.
• Control access and egress, ensuring only authorized personnel and guests enter restricted areas.
• Document all incidents, accidents, and suspicious activities in compliance with hotel policies and insurance requirements.
• Respond to emergency situations (e.g., fires, medical crises) and coordinate with emergency services as needed.
• Assist in implementing preventive safety and security programs.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with guests, staff, and vendor personnel.

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Preferred experience in CPR, first aid and fire prevention.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays and overnight shifts.

• Hourly Rate: $33.72
• Temporary Position – 3months duration, full‑time schedule based on business need.
