Safeguard the hotel, guest and associates’ property from vandalism, theft and any kind of crime;
Monitor and control the movement of all associates, visitors, and contractors entering or leaving the hotel through the staff entrance;
Record and control all visitors’ belongings/items entering and leaving the hotel premises through the associate entrance or loading dock;
Ensure unauthorized personnel do not gain access to hotel floors and back-of-house areas;
Patrol the areas of responsibility to ensure safety and comfort of all guests
