Retail Security Shift Supervisor – Garda World Security Services
Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Retail Security Shift Supervisor. This role requires sharp observation skills to scan screens and spot threats before they escalate in security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, and other environments.

Full‑Time Day Shift Monday‑Friday 8:00 AM‑4:30 PM - Competitive hourly wage of $33 per hour (Daily Pay available)

- Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity
- Document observed events and incidents in detailed reports
- Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure premises safety
- Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities
- Analyze security systems for vulnerabilities or malfunctions
- Collaborate with law enforcement during serious situations or emergencies
- Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Corporate security experience preferred
- Experience with Lenel, Gentech, Brivo, or similar security software preferred
- Strong report‑writing skills
- Excellent visual attention and concentration
- Strong technological proficiency
- Background in security, military, or law enforcement is a plus
- Current BSIS‑issued Security License (Guard Card) and 32‑hour security training; additional training may be completed during onboarding
