Monitor access control points and deter unauthorized entry by verifying credentials, screening visitors, issuing passes, and documenting arrivals and departures according to site procedures;
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate with property management, tenants, and/or first responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations;
Complete detailed reports related to access activity, incidents, and/or policy violations, and support tenant and visitor inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
