The Lead Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing lead direction to Security Officers at assigned client sites on assigned shifts. The officer observes and reports activities and incidents, ensuring the security and safety of client property and personnel. The officer preserves order and may enforce regulations and directives for the site, including personnel, visitors, and premises.

Responsibilities- Provide leadership and clear guidance to Security Officers during shifts.
- Observe and report activities and incidents.
- Maintain security and safety of client property and personnel.
- Enforce regulations and directives for the site.
Experience in the security industry is preferred. This role offers an opportunity for those with or without prior experience to grow into a leadership position.
