Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Lobby Attendant

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location;
Monitor front desk activity, greet incoming guests, verify identification and/or visitor information, and help to support authorized entry procedures;
Answer phones, manage visitor logs, issue temporary credentials when applicable, and communicate clearly with building staff regarding security-related concerns and/or unusual activity;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and notifying appropriate contacts as needed;
Support a professional lobby presence by observing the entrance area, reporting maintenance or life-related concerns, and helping to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk coverage
