$ 24.00 - $ 25.00 per hour

Will be guaranteed 32 hours per week

Must have open availability

Must be able to cover the San Francisco Bay Area, west side of the bay and to the East on the mainland

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
• Operate and maintain surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to ensure comprehensive coverage of the facility.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, providing first aid or CPR as necessary.
• Enforce property rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Conduct thorough investigations of security breaches or incidents, documenting findings accurately.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during investigations or emergencies.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage to property.
• Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing de-escalation techniques when necessary.
• Perform post inspections/ site visits.

• CA Security Guard License.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Pass a drug test and criminal background check.
• Two to Three years of Security Experience is preferred.
• LIC: 122480.
• High School Diploma / GED.
• Guard Card.
• Driver's License.
