Part-Time | Temporary | Swing Shift
We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Armed Guards to join our team in San Francisco. This role is responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment by monitoring premises, enforcing security protocols, and responding to incidents professionally and efficiently.
Position OverviewWe have part-time and temporary positions available for Swing Shift assignments. Ideal candidates must be vigilant, responsible, and capable of handling potentially volatile situations with professionalism.
Qualifications & Requirements- Minimum Certification:
Active Guard card License in the State of California - Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check
- Exposed Weapon Permit
- Have non‑lethal weapons certifications (OC Spray, Taser, baton)
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Prior experience in law enforcement or military service is a plus
- Conflict management and de‑escalation techniques
- Knowledge of surveillance systems and loss prevention strategies
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication for interacting with staff, visitors, and emergency responders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in high‑pressure situations
- Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, taking appropriate action
- Conduct security inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment
- Enforce rules and regulations related to access control and loss prevention
- Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, observations, and actions taken
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required for investigations or emergencies
