Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures, access activity support, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying the appropriate contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including warehouse areas, loading and unloading zones, parking areas, and perimeter access points;
Monitor entry and exit activity for people, vehicles, and/or deliveries, helping to deter unauthorized access and reporting security-related concerns in accordance with site policies;
Support daily operations at a logistics and distribution location by observing for hazards, operational disruptions, and/or policy violations, and communicating relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management
