Security Officer Lobby Attendant

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at a front desk location;
Monitor access at the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and maintaining visitor logs;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate with building management or emergency personnel as needed;
Answer phones, assist with directions and general inquiries, and document daily activity and incidents in required reports;
Support lobby and reception operations by observing entry activity and reporting suspicious behavior or policy violations to deter unauthorized access
