Metro One Security is hiring Unarmed Security Officers for San Francisco, Santa Clara, and East Bay CA locations. Full‑time and flex roles available. Multiple positions for Loss Prevention Officers will be located at our client sites in downtown San Francisco, Stonestown Galleria, Downtown San Valley Fair Mall in Santa Clara, and other East Bay locations.
Pay rate for fully qualified candidates is $30 an hour. Bring your résumé, , Social Security Card, and any valid security license and training certificates to your interview. We can make immediate offers to qualified candidates.

Responsibilities- Maintain a strong, visible security presence on‑site
- Monitor customer activity and deter theft through active patrols
- Identify and respond to suspicious behavior
- Support apprehensions and assist in investigations when necessary
- Document incidents clearly and professionally
- Collaborate with store management and law enforcement as needed
- Respond to emergency situations calmly and quickly
- Be familiar with retail surveillance and safety protocols
- Be tech‑savvy
- Stay alert and professional in fast‑paced environments
- Be able to stand/walk for extended periods
- Military service OR at least one year of retail loss prevention experience required
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid CA Guard Card or willingness to obtain one quickly
- No more than three employers in the last six years
- No employment gaps beyond six months
- Oral drug testing required
- Background check screening required
- Bilingual communication skills are a plus
