Standard Employee Yearly Salary## About the Role
- Lead and manage Corporate Security Agents assigned to a corporate headquarters in a high-standards, high-visibility technology environment.
- Supervise daily corporate security operations, ensuring consistent post coverage, operational readiness, staffing, and equipment readiness across lobby, executive floor, rover, and patrol posts.
- Provide direct leadership, coaching, mentoring, performance monitoring, corrective guidance, and operational direction to assigned security personnel.
- Conduct shift briefings, debriefings, post inspections, operational check-ins, quality control checks, and post-incident reviews.
- Oversee visitor management and access control procedures, including guest reception, access verification, badge processes, and escalation of unauthorized or suspicious activity.
- Lead and/or support incident response for medical incidents, disturbances, alarms, emergencies, and other workplace security concerns; ensure appropriate escalation to leadership and emergency responders.
- Supervise rover and patrol operations to identify safety, security, maintenance, and environmental concerns; verify inspections and correct or escalate issues.
- Coordinate with reception, facilities, workplace teams, executive assistants, vendors, visitors, and internal stakeholders to resolve security and visitor issues professionally and discretely.
- Support executive floor operations, VIP coordination, deliveries, sensitive meetings, and executive movements while maintaining a discreet, service-oriented posture.
- Maintain documentation, reports, logs, timekeeping, equipment checks, and ensure incident and post activity are documented thoroughly and timely.
- Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, onboarding, site-specific training, tracking certifications/licenses, and support performance feedback and employee development.
- Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, discretion, customer service, and continuous improvement in a high-end corporate environment.##
Key Responsibilities ## Requirements
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate security, executive protection, high-end security, law enforcement, military, or a related field (preferred per document).
* Minimum of 2 to 3 years of supervisory, team lead, field training, management, or operational leadership experience (preferred per document).
* Experience working in a customer-facing, high-expectation environment (required).
* Experience supporting executives, corporate headquarters, executive floors, or high-profile environments (strongly preferred).
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
* Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications.
* Current California BSIS Guard Card, Exposed Firearm Permit, and CCW/LEOSA, or ability to obtain and maintain required credentials as a condition of employment.
* Ability to work assigned shifts, including overtime, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
* Ability to stand, walk, patrol, climb stairs, and remain alert for extended periods; ability to respond quickly and professionally to emergencies and changing workplace conditions.
* Strong knowledge of corporate security operations, post management, access control, visitor management, and incident response.
* Ability to supervise and inspect lobby, executive floor, rover, and patrol operations.
* Proficiency in observing, identifying, reporting, and escalating safety and security concerns.
* Working knowledge of emergency procedures, radio communications, incident documentation, report writing, post discipline, and security technology.
* Strong situational awareness, sound judgment and decision-making under pressure, strong verbal and written communication skills, adaptability to changing priorities, and ability to lead personnel and communicate with multiple stakeholder groups.
* Professional, polished, discreet, calm, observant, dependable, service-oriented, emotionally mature, accountable, punctual, trustworthy, ethical, and able to maintain confidentiality.
* CPR certification
* First Aid certification
* AED certification
* California BSIS Guard Card (current or ability to obtain)
* Exposed Firearm Permit (current or ability to obtain)
* CCW/LEOSA (current or ability to obtain)
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
* Must reside in the San Francisco Bay Area (Locals only - Non-Fly in)
