- Provide on-site leadership and supervision for all assigned security personnel.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Metro One and client facility management.
- Train and supervise staff on Emergency response procedures, Fire safety measures, Injury and incident reporting processes.
- Ensure full compliance with Metro One’s internal policies, protocols, and performance standards.
- Conduct site inspections and document risk conditions, incidents, and safety concerns.
- Report findings to both client and Metro One leadership in a timely, professional manner.
- Support the performance of emergency initiatives, incident response, and operational readiness.
- Manage all security-related equipment and patrol vehicles, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
- Foster productive, collaborative relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.
- Implement and maintain effective communication protocols to ensure seamless coordination.
- Supervisory or Lead experience managing uniform security staff is required.
- Background in security or safety operations within logistics, fulfillment, or industrial settings preferred.
- Prior experience in the security industry, military, or law enforcement is required.
- Strong knowledge of emergency procedures, safety standards, and personnel training.
- Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings and meet local licensing requirements.
