• We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team.
• Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors.
• Proactive approach to security, utilizing surveillance techniques and conflict management skills to prevent incidents and ensure the safety of all individuals on the premises.
• Must have open availability!!
• Will be guaranteed 32 hours per week!
• Must be able to cover the San Francisco Bay Area, West side of the bay and to the East on the mainland.
• You must have a CA Security Guard License, Valid Drivers License, be able to pass a drug test and a criminal background check.
• Two to Three years of Security Experience is preferred!

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
• Operate and maintain surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to ensure comprehensive coverage of the facility.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, providing first aid or CPR as necessary.
• Enforce property rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Conduct thorough investigations of security breaches or incidents, documenting findings accurately.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during investigations or emergencies.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage to property.
• Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing de-escalation techniques when necessary.
• Perform post inspections / site visits.
