  Must be flexible to work swing/grave shifts. Must be available on weekends.
• Competitive hourly wage of $25-$28/hr (Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees)

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of high school diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Strong problem solving skills
• Prior Security, Military, or law enforcement experience is a plus
• Hold a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and 32‑hour BSIS security training (additional training can be obtained during the hiring process)
• One year of customer service experience required
• One year of security experience required
