** Role Overview:
** As a Security Supervisor, you will initially work as a security guard while gradually transitioning into a full-time managerial role as we expand our sites. This position requires a commitment to completing the necessary training for a PPO license, which is essential for your advancement within the company. If you already possess a PPO license, that will be considered a significant advantage.

* Key Responsibilities:
*** Provide a professional and visible security presence at assigned locations.
* Oversee daily security operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
* Manage access control and monitor surveillance systems.
* Respond to incidents and emergencies promptly and effectively.
* Assist in training and mentoring junior security staff.
* Draft incident reports and maintain accurate records of activities.
* Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment.
** Requirements:
*** A valid California Security Guard License is required.
* Willingness to complete the necessary course for obtaining a PPO license.
* Previous experience in a supervisory or security role is preferred.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Dependability, punctuality, and professionalism are essential.
* Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
