Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and retail patrons by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of retail common areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points, observe activity, and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to site leadership.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner; document observations and actions according to site procedures.;
Maintain a professional presence while providing directions and supporting a positive experience for customers, tenants, and visitors.
