Executive Protection Agent - Travel

Surefox North America Inc. is a veteran-owned company built on a diverse culture of trained, talented, and mission-focused professionals. Surefox is standing up a protective services program with a frontier technology client with multiple executive principles. We are seeking experienced full-time Executive Protection Agents with high integrity, sound judgment, and professionalism to support travel-based protective operations. In this role, you will support assigned projects under the guidance of your Program Manager while providing close protection for C-level executives and their families.

You will represent Surefox professionally while working in accordance with client policies, Surefox policies and procedures, and all applicable state and federal regulations. This position requires a flexible, detail-oriented professional who can work independently, respond to dynamic situations, and collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, agencies, and client stakeholders. The selected candidate must be capable of supporting duties domestically and internationally, as required.

The pay range for this position is $110,000–$120,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and prior leadership responsibilities. This is a travel-based Executive Protection position with a 20-days-on / 20-days-off rotational schedule, based on operational and client needs.

Workdays are expected to be 12-hour shifts, with an estimated 180 workdays per year. Based on this annual schedule, the compensation range equates to an estimated base hourly rate of approximately $40 – $45 per hour and a blended daily compensation value of approximately $600 – $675 per 12-hour workday. These figures are based on approximately 180 workdays per year and account for applicable California overtime and double time considerations associated with 12-hour shifts and consecutive day work schedules.

Actual payroll treatment will be administered in accordance with applicable wage and hour requirements. Per diem will be provided for qualifying travel days in accordance with company policy.
