** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or clients at a commercial real estate front desk while following site-specific policies and procedures.

+ Monitor access to the location by verifying visitor information, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining entry records, and directing guests to appropriate destinations.

+ Answer phones, receive deliveries, manage package or key logs, and communicate routine building information in a professional manner.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and assist with emergency response activities as directed.

+ Observe lobby and entrance activity, report unusual conditions or security-related concerns, and help to deter unauthorized access through a professional front-desk presence.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + Customer service experience is preferred.

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
