Security Supervisor (Overnight) – Complex Hilton Union Square / Parc 55

Location:

San Francisco, CA.

We are looking for a Security Supervisor to provide exceptional security and safety for guests and employees of the Hilton San Francisco Union Square and Parc 55 hotels. The role is overnight with availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Wage: $30–$32 per hour depending on experience.

Schedule: Overnight availability including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

• Active Guard Card.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• 2years of security experience.
• 1year of security supervision experience.
• Hotel experience is a plus.

• Patrol the interior and perimeter of the hotel and property to identify safety and security risks.
• Coordinate and lead emergency response, including safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats.
• Promote safe work practices.
• Monitor and develop team performance, including supervision, evaluations, training, scheduling, and recognition.
• Initiate investigations into incidents and write accurate reports.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and friendly.
• Perform duties of a Security Officer as needed.
