Metro One Security is Hiring! - Unarmed Security Officers - Wanted for San Francisco near Union Square. Full-time and Flex roles available.
Multiple positions for Loss Prevention Officers with Metro 1 Security! These positions will be at our client locations in downtown San Francisco near Union Square.
* Pay rate for fully qualified candidates is $28 an hour

Unarmed Security Officer Responsibilities:- Maintain a strong, visible security presence on-site
- Monitor customer activity and deter theft through active patrols
- Identify and respond to suspicious behavior
- Support apprehensions and assist in investigations when necessary
- Document incidents clearly and professionally
- Collaborate with store management and law enforcement as needed
- Respond to emergency situations calmly and quickly
- Familiarity with retail surveillance and safety protocols
- Must have the ability to be tech savvy
- Ability to stay alert and professional in fast-paced environments
- Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods

Requirements- A professional demeanor, mature presence and customer service acumen.
- Reliable, dependable and punctual.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid CA Guard Card or willing to get one very quickly.
Oral Drug Testing.
Background check screening.
- 1 or more years of retail loss prevention experience preferred.
