Marina Security Services is hiring a Site Supervisor to lead our security team at a historic San Francisco hospital that has served its community for more than a century. You will be the face of Marina on site: running daily operations, coaching officers, and working shoulder to shoulder with hospital leadership, clinical staff, patients, and visitors.
This is a hands-on leadership role in a healthcare setting. You will handle sensitive situations with calm and discretion, keep the post running to standard every shift, and set the tone for a team that patients and staff rely on.
Because a large share of the patients, families, and staff you serve speak Chinese, fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is required.

What you will do- Lead, schedule, and coach the on-site security team, covering all shifts as needed
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hospital administration on security matters
- Respond to incidents, de-escalate conflict, and support staff during emergencies
- Enforce hospital access control, visitor management, and patient safety protocols
- Complete incident reports, daily activity logs, and post orders accurately and on time
- Conduct site inspections, uniform and equipment checks, and officer training
- Support new officer onboarding and ongoing compliance with BSIS and client requirements
- Communicate clearly with patients, visitors, and staff in English and Chinese
- Fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin and English (required)
- Valid California BSIS Guard Card (required)
- Two or more years of security experience, with at least one year in a lead or supervisory role
- Healthcare, hospital, or clinical environment experience strongly preferred
- Strong judgment under pressure and a calm, professional presence
- Solid written communication for reports and documentation
- Comfortable with scheduling software, email, and mobile reporting tools
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends, or holidays, as the site requires
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- $27.00 to $30.00 per hour, based on experience
