• Ferragamo San Francisco — 236 Post St / Swarovski — 295 Geary St
• Tuesday–Friday, 1000–2100
• Pay: $24/hour

• Welcome customers, thank them as they leave, and maintain a visible security presence.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and store activity to identify safety concerns and suspicious behavior.
• Help deter theft and disruption through attentive observation and professional customer service.
• Report concerns promptly to store management and prepare clear daily activity and incident reports.
• Respond to store alarms by courteously directing customers to store staff, without confrontation or physical contact.

• An active BSIS Guard Card.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with a professional appearance.
• Reliable transportation and availability for the listed shifts.
• The ability to stand for extended periods and remain attentive throughout your shift.
• Successful completion of the required background screening.

• Work within an observe-and-report role and follow all client post instructions.
• No weapons of any kind are permitted.
• Do not detain, accuse, confront, chase, or follow suspected shoplifters.
• No physical contact with customers or staff. Report concerns to store management immediately.

• Check in with the store manager at the start of your shift.
• Stay alert, courteous, and focused; personal phone use, texting, and other personal activities are not permitted while on duty.
• Coordinate breaks with store management and remain at your post until properly relieved.
• Report incidents, hazards, and safety concerns promptly.
