The Concrete Boom and Line Truck Operator uses concrete pumps to control the output of concrete on construction sites by directing the boom and/or line. This person also keeps pumps well maintained and in good/safe working order.

- Education and Experience:
Previous training and/or the equivalent experience operating a concrete pump. Understands the operation of a concrete pump as well as some basic mechanics involved to keep the pump in working condition. - Language
Skills:
Must be able to read and write in English;
Bilingual in Spanish is helpful. - Mathematical
Skills:
No skills required. - Reasoning Ability:
Apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions. Must have good customer relation skills and the ability to problem solve under pressure. - Computer
Skills:
Must be competent and comfortable with regular data entry into pumper software on tablet or smartphone. - Interpersonal
Skills:
Must be able to communicate with a variety of customers and co-workers. - Certificates, Licenses, and Registration: ACPA Certification and a commercial CDL desired.
$64 - $97 per hour, based on skills, experience, knowledge, and dispatched assignment.
