Level IV Office Installer - National

Description

100% National Travel, All Expenses Paid. $185 Per Diem for Hotel and Meals. Must know how to lace/stitch. Client is looking for a Level IV Lead CO Installation technician to join their team.

• Lead the install efforts of DWDM optical equipment in a CO environment.
• Install infrastructure such as fiber, fiber trough, ladder rack, cabinets.
• Will test fibers; will train an experienced installer with this skill set.
• Eventually successful Level IV's will be trained on Test and Turn Up.
• Will comply with training for Infinera and Ciena certification.
• Experience with Ciena 6500 DWDM and/or Infinera DWDM 7100 install.

Expert level experience; must pass drug, background, and DMV checks.

National travel required. Travel time paid up to 8 hours. Hotel, airfare, and rental will be prepaid. Other expenses such as parking, meals, incidentals reimbursed with receipts. Mileage reimbursement for private vehicle. Workers typically spend about two weeks on the road with a weekend in market.

Will work primarily day shift with occasional maintenance window work for cut‑over.

• Central office installation, optical, circuit, telecommunication, central office equipment.
• Experience with DWDM, Ciena, Nokia, Infinera, 6500, 4300, 5400, 1830.

Contract position based out of San Francisco, CA. Pay range: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour.
